Weekend Reading 8.18.24

It was my last weekend in Florida, I spent it cleaning and organizing since I’m flying back to California. I photographed our primary bedroom, it’s quite a transformation, I’ll share those pictures on Tuesday. We have the best property manager and the coolest neighbors who keep an eye on our home while we’re absent, how wonderful is that? I was filled with so much gratitude for the weeks I spent here, it was the loveliest summer.

I’m excited about spending fall back home in California, although I’m not quite ready for autumn decorating. That’s the wonderful thing about August, it’s a sweet month of transition where we say goodbye to summer and let it slowly fade before the next season arrives.
