“Summer Beer” [also known as Summer Ale, Summer Brew, or my personal fav: Skip and Go Naked] is a go-to summer cocktail here at LIY! It’s super easy to make with only 3 ingredients and is perfect for sipping poolside, at the sandbar, or at your next backyard BBQ! There are lots of different variations, so feel free to customize it to your liking! You’ll need a 6-pack of light beer [we prefer Corona or Landshark!], vodka, frozen juice concentrate [we typically use Lime, but Lemon and Pink Lemonade are always a hit too!], and a large pitcher to mix everything together! Beware: it goes down smooth and packs a punch! You’ve been warned.

Ingredients
- 12 fl. oz. (1 can) Frozen Limeade Concentrate
- 12 fl. oz. Vodka (We use Titos!) I re-use the limeade can to measure!
- 3 cans or bottles Light Beer (We use Corona or Landshark!)
Instructions

Mix together in a pitcher and serve over ice! Cheers!
* Note: if you prefer a sweeter cocktail, add a splash of Sprite! Enjoy!
