Tell us a little (or a lot) about your home and the people who live there: I live in a studio apartment by myself in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It’s a small home filled with light, warm colors, natural wood, and lots of textures. It’s a functional layout, cozy, and a happy place to live.

My identity is reflected in the use of textures, Scandinavian touches, cream and nude colors, accents in black and white, and my love for plants. I love light wood and white furniture, decorating the space in a cohesive way, and integrating the different areas and colors. I’m a pastry chef, so I love that my cooking books are part of my decorations and that the kitchen is the heart of the home with an open layout.

Describe your home’s style in 5 words or less: Light, cozy, warm, airy, and happy

What is your favorite room and why? I live in a studio apartment, so the whole apartment is my favorite. I love how it’s comfy, cozy, and filled with happy vibes. I love having my crystals, cookbooks, plants, and space to do yoga. It’s very bright, airy and filled with good energy. I work mostly from home, so I get to spend a lot of time here, and I really enjoy it a lot.

What’s the last thing you bought (or found!) for your home? The last thing I bought is a clothing rack since I wanted to make the space more functional. It’s a light wood and white Scandinavian-style rack. Very simple, modern, and fun to display some clothes.

Any advice for creating a home you love? You have to feel free to try different styles until you find what works best for you. You need to create and recreate the space as many times as you need to. Express your personality. Add personal touches. You have to decorate for you and not for a trend. Try different colors and textures and create a space that evolves with you. Use functional furniture, make the space work for you. Enjoy moving furniture, changing the vibe of the place, and decorating according to your personality.
