Could you use an Instant Pot meal that tastes like it has been slowly simmering all day but comes together in no time? That is exactly what I was looking for when I made this delicious Instant Pot pot roast from Le Crème de la Crumb. I used a roast straight from the freezer and it was fantastic.

I love these nature inspired Christmas decorations from Midwest Living. I am thinking I may need to do a little trimming on our pine trees and bring them indoors for a little winter decoration.
