I love using greenery to decorate the inside and outside of my home during the holidays. And while natural greenery looks amazing and I love it- I HATE the shedding, the way it dries out so fast, the constant vacuuming, and the cost…. so I have embraced faux. While expensive up front, the fact that you can reuse year after year if you take good care of it makes it more affordable of an option. I even have accepted faux for one of our trees (we have one real in the formal living room, and one faux int eh family room, where the kids roam/ throw stuff).
