The Parade Table Lamp Is Named After the Celebratory Event

The Parade Table Lamp series earned its name for the ability it has to visually garner attention when in groups, just like band members or soldiers marching in a parade. Brought to life by Danish husband-and-wife designers Viola Heyn-Johnsen and Jonas Trampedach for HAY, the lamps were made specifically to have an ambient light source with a sculptural feel. The geometric, hand-blown glass piece comes in several colors and sizes, all designed to complement one another and create an effect similar to an interlinking pattern when viewed in multiples. The Parade Table Lamp looks beautiful lit or unlit, together in multiples or alone – there’s no wrong way to display or use it. When it comes to functionality, an inline step-dimmer adjusts the light output of an energy-efficient LED bulb with a long lifespan.
