It feels odd to call a home “bite-sized,” but that’s exactly what I want to call this brick single-family for sale in Denver. From the petite front porch to the little gate that leads to the backyard, it’s all just so perfectly proportioned. And, given that it was built in 1914, it’s immaculately preserved.

Step inside, and you’ll see the sparkling results of the recent total renovation it underwent. Notice the all-white kitchen with an Italian Bertazzoni range, open shelving, and an adorable breakfast nook with a built-in bench; the freshly refinished wood floors; the fully remodeled bathroom; and the new plumbing, electric, drywall, and paint throughout.

That said, the home doesn’t feel brand new — as a 100-plus-year-old home shouldn’t. It’s retained so much of its original charm, like the alcove off the primary bedroom, the occasionally arched doorways, and the general sense of peace and calm that imbues the entire home.
