Hello, hello! The weather has been warming up, Easter is right around the corner and the activities have ramped up for us. How about you and your family? From here on out, the school year seems to fly by so I am just hanging on and continuing to write all the activities in my planner to keep up. Back to back weeks featuring Joy the Baker, but this one is too good not to share. I love having a go-to salad to bring to a dinner get-together and this one looks like an absolute winner- antipasto salad. Don’t forget to follow her on Instagram if you aren’t already.
